- Member to many voluntary and Charitable local and national organizations
- Member to the Working Group of the Uganda National Council for Higher Education on Quality Assurance in institutions of Higher Learning. As member to the working group, I was fully involved in the formulation of policies, guidelines and regulations to ensure quality in recruitment, training, research and publications etc for all universities and institutions for higher learning in Uganda. This resulted in development of the Uganda National Quality Assurance Framework.
- Council Member, 2007 to date Uganda National Council for Higher Education, representing senate for Uganda Private Universities (Member to Quality Assurance and Accreditation committees.
- Member, Staff Review Committee, National Council for Higher Education- 2011-2012- Reviewed all NCHE staff and fit them in the Re-structured NCHE Organogram
- Member Special Task Force, National Council for Higher Education, 2010-2012- Described all positions of NCHE and proposed new systems for improved efficient and effective management and governance of the NCHE Secretariat and functioning of Council of NCHE
